MYIR TechA compact COM based on Xilinx’s Zynq UltraScale+ ZU3EG MPSoC, with 4x Cortex-A53 and 2x Cortex-R5 cores, a Mali400 GPU, and a rich FPGA fabric. The module includes 4GB DDR4, 4GB eMMC, 128MB QSPI flash, integrated Ethernet and USB PHYs, and a dual 160-line baseboard interface.
